At GroupOne we believe that you get what you give and that is why we always make a point to give back to our varied communities across the GTA, especially during the Christmas Holidays.
As many of us are preparing for a much-anticipated holiday season with family and friends this year many Ontarians are not so fortunate.

The interim executive director from Feed Ontario said COVID-19 has exacerbated the income insecurity and affordability issues in the province. Nearly 600,000 people made more than 3.6 million visits to food banks in Ontario between April 1, 2020, and March 31, 2021, “This is an extremely alarming trend.”

We can all agree that going hungry and the anxiety around food uncertainty is not something any persons in our province or in our country should ever have to face, yet here we are with these disturbing statistics.

In lieu of Christmas Cards and corporate gifts, GroupOne along with the Norman Black Foundation will donate to 6 food banks across the GTA in the name of GroupOne and a selection of our supportive broker partners.

We will be donating $1000 to each the following Food Banks across the GTA:

• Daily Bread, Serving the Greater Toronto Area
• Feed the Need in Durham
• Food Bank of York Region
• Knights Table, Peel Region
• North York Harvest
