When a loss occurs, GroupOne understands that accessibility and response time are extremely important to both you and your clients.

Depending on the type of loss and the Insurer involved, your client will either be contacted by an in-house claims representative or an independent adjuster.

General Claims:

For any claim under a GroupOne Policy, claims information or a Notice of Loss should be either faxed to or emailed to Virginia Ng at

claims@grouponeis.com  .

Depending on the class of business and the Insurer involved, your client will be contacted by one of our independent adjusters.
